2025 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳
In accordance with CFI’s mission to ensure that staff are well-prepared to perform their duties efficiently and effectively, the Human Resource Unit organized the Orientation for New Staff (ONS) for newly hired employees on January 30-31, 2025.
The ONS is structured to provide a comprehensive overview of the Foundation’s core values, work ethics, organizational policies and procedures, and overall workplace culture. The primary objective of this session is to facilitate a smooth integration for new employees into their roles, ensuring they understand CFI’s expectations and are well-equipped to contribute to the Foundation’s success.
