This year, in collaboration with regional, developmental, and local partners, we reached 35 beneficiaries through CBO modelling in Sarangani, integrating Community-Based Organizations, CSOs, and Key Affected Populations into the primary care network for TB-HIV care across Sarangani and other areas in Mindanao.
By connecting communities to essential health services and support networks, this initiative helps ensure that even the most vulnerable populations are included, cared for, and empowered.
