On March 7, 2024, Executive Director, Eugenio Caccam, Jr. conducted a lecture on the Basic Fundamentals of Supervision. The lecture explained how supervision is an enabling and empowering process for professional development. He explained how it increases individuals’ knowledge, skills, and competence.
Additionally, the focal point of the lecture highlighted “empathy” as one of the key attributes of a successful supervisor. Eugene emphasized that supervision must foster a non-threatening, collaborative, and positive work atmosphere.
