Community Effort in Action: Chest X-Ray Screening in Naga City to Combat TB

In partnership with the Missionaries of the Poor and the Naga City Health Office, CFI’s TB ACF Region V team conducted chest X-ray screening in Brgy. Cararayan, Naga City. A total of 113 individuals were screened, and 12 were identified having presumptive tuberculosis (PrTB). These results emphasize the need to amplify efforts in the timely detection and diagnosis of TB.
