On October 23, 2024, CFI’s Executive Director, Eugenio Caccam Jr., represented the Foundation at the Community Engagement and Pandemic Preparedness and Response (COPPER) Inception Report Forum held at B Hotel in Quezon City. During the forum, he participated in a panel discussion and presented CFI’s approach to pandemic preparedness.
Mr. Caccam’s presentation covered several key topics, including global strategies for pandemic reduction, learnings from Covid-19 and previous pandemics, CFI’s model for pandemic prevention and control, and highlighted the specific actions taken by CFI as a health-oriented organization.
ACHIEVE is the country implementer of the COPPER Project, an eighteen-month initiative funded by the APCASO.
