As Culion Foundation Inc. (CFI) ACF Team 4A commenced its Quarter 3 TB Active Case Finding (ACF) activities, the team began at the Barangay Health Station in Sunny Brooke II, Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite.
Through strong collaboration with our valued partnersโ€”DOHโ€“CHD CALABARZON, PBSPโ€“ACCESS TB, the Provincial Health Office โ€“ Cavite, and the General Trias City Health Officeโ€”a total of 151 individuals were screened via free chest X-ray services. In addition, 11 household child contacts were assessed through Tuberculin Skin Testing (TST), administered by Nurse Neldy Cervantes, the NTP Nurse Coordinator of General Trias CHO โ€“ Manggahan.

This initiative underscores the continued partnership among stakeholders in bringing essential TB services closer to the community, reinforcing our shared commitment to early detection and improved access to care.
