Culion Foundation Inc., renowned for its unwavering commitment to combat tuberculosis (TB) and uplift vulnerable communities, led a transformative TB Active Case Finding (ACF) initiative in the town of San Pascual, Batangas on August 2, 2023. Guided by the organization's mission to prioritize vulnerable groups, the campaign screened 218 individuals and collected 15 sputum samples, ensuring that no one was left behind in the quest for better health and well-being.

The initiative was set into motion with passion and dedication as Culion Foundation volunteers, well-versed in community outreach, established screening stations in areas frequented by the vulnerable groups. Also, the Culion Foundation's collaborative efforts with local healthcare authorities ensured that these cases were swiftly referred to nearby facilities, where experienced medical professionals would oversee their care.

Culion Foundation Inc.'s TB Active Case Finding initiative in San Pascual stands as a beacon of hope and change. Through their profound dedication and empathy, they have proven that community-driven healthcare initiatives can create lasting impact, ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward better health and a brighter future.
