For 50 years, CFI has remained committed to a single dream: health for every Filipino. Through our programs such as Oplan Manunuyod, Active Case Finding (ACF), and Healthy Parola, we actively search for missing TB cases, strengthen TB Preventive Treatment (TPT), and ensure that no one is ever left behind - especially those in the most remote communities. Through the support and collaboration of our valued partners, we have screened 701,573 high-risk individuals through chest X-ray as of 2026, expanding access to early detection services. During the same period, 5,963 individuals were enrolled in TPT, with uptake steadily increasing in recent years. Community-driven initiatives remain at the core of this progress. Through Oplan Manunuyod (2024–2026), 2,233 individuals were enrolled in TPT, while Healthy Parola (September - October 2025) contributed 195 individuals, alongside household screening and the mobilization of trained community partners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners at every level - from the global community advancing the fight against TB, to national institutions and technical experts providing guidance and support, to grassroots organizations and frontline health workers bringing care directly into communities. Your shared commitment, expertise, and compassion continue to drive meaningful progress and lasting impact.

But our work goes beyond numbers. We empower communities with knowledge, reduce stigma, and bring services closer to those who need them most. Ending TB is not just about the clinical approach - it’s about people, partnerships, and the power of communities working together.
