CFI Staff Completes Mandatory 8-Hour OSH Training

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘆 𝗖𝗙𝗜 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳

The Culion Foundation, Inc. staff recently completed the Mandatory Eight-Hour Safety and Health Training, led by HR Officer Jamie Veran. Guided by Republic Act 11058, or the “Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards,” the training not only covered workplace safety, hazard identification, and accident prevention but also included activities where staff applied these lessons in real scenarios, from fire safety drills to proper material handling and workplace organization.

At CFI, safety is everyone’s responsibility, and knowledge is our first line of defense.
