Culion Foundation, Inc. (CFI) proudly joined the Municipality of Culion in celebrating the Tirimes Times Festival from May 2 to 14, 2026, in support of the communityโs culture, unity, and spirit of bayanihan.
Derived from a Cuyonon word meaning โto come together,โ the Tirimes Times Festival reflects the strong unity of the people of Culion in preserving their culture, traditions, and identity. The celebration featured various activities showcasing the municipalityโs rich heritage and active community participation.
As part of the celebration, CFI participated in the Mayorโs Cup Parade, Indigenous Peoplesโ Day Parade, and community boodle fight together with local leaders, organizations, and residents of Culion. Through these activities, CFI expressed its solidarity and support for initiatives that strengthen community spirit and cultural appreciation.
CFI remains one with the Local Government of Culion and its people in promoting programs and initiatives that foster unity, cultural preservation, and community development.
