Help lead the implementation of TB prevention and care initiatives and strengthen community-based TB services. Culion Foundation, Inc. is looking for a dedicated 𝗧𝗕 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to oversee the implementation of 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗱 𝟮.𝟬 and support the delivery of project targets and commitments.
As 𝗧𝗕 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, you will oversee project plans, schedules, targets, budgets, and activities, ensuring timely implementation in line with donor requirements, CFI policies, and National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) guidelines. You will provide supervision and technical guidance to the Technical Officer and Project Officers, while overseeing community-based Contact Investigation (CI), TB Preventive Treatment (TPT), monitoring, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
The role also involves monitoring project performance, addressing implementation gaps and risks, ensuring quality and timely project data and reports, and maintaining project accountability and compliance.
