A TB Active Case Finding activity was successfully conducted in the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas, in partnership with Rosario Rural Health Unit I, bringing essential TB services closer to the community.
Known as the โRice Granary of Batangas,โ Rosario stands as a testament to how agriculture shapes both livelihood and way of life. At the heart of every harvest are the farmers and workers whose health is vital to sustaining productivity and community resilience.
Health and agriculture go hand in hand. By ensuring early detection and access to care, initiatives like this protect those who nurture the land, strengthening not only individual well-being but the entire community.
This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the Batangas Provincial Health Office, Batangas Provincial DOH Office, Rosario Rural Health Unit I, Rosario Local Government Unit, and the Philippine Business for Social Progress.
Together, we cultivate more than just harvests; we build healthier, stronger communities.
