Last February 2-3, 2026, the Culion Foundation Inc. held its Orientation for New Staff (ONS) to onboard the new members of the organization. The 2-day orientation program aims to deepen the new officers’ knowledge of the organization and its mission. It also covered the different units that make up the CFI, along with brown bag sessions on Leprosy and Tuberculosis 101.
Discussions also addressed organizational policies, with a focus on the processes that all staff must follow. The 2-day ONS equipped new staff members with basic knowledge of the foundationโs operation.
