Since its inception, CFI has played a significant role in various initiatives aimed at combating infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and neglected tropical diseases. From its active involvement in multidrug therapy for leprosy to implementing community-based and hospital-based approaches to TB care, CFI has emerged as a crucial pillar of support for the country’s health system. Additionally, the organization has made commendable efforts in areas like community-based drowning prevention, urban health, and providing essential vitamin supplementation to mothers and children.
