Areas of Implementation: Coron, Culion, and Linapacan, Palawan
The foundation trains Healthcare Workers (HCWs), with emphasis on midwives, nurses, and doctors, in conducting Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS). In cooperation with Life Matters International (LMI), an international volunteer organization devoted to improving maternal health outcomes, CFI aims to contribute to reducing maternal mortality rates and enhance the overall health and well-being of mothers, infants, and children in Culion, Coron, and Linapacan.
