The TB ACF Field Officer provides vital support to the Active Case Finding Field Leader in conducting community-based case-finding activities, particularly for early TB detection. This role involves assisting in fieldwork, managing event logistics, engaging with local government units (LGUs), City Health office (CHOs), rural health units (RHUs), and ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated and documented. The Officer is expected to work directly with community members, uphold professionalism, and maintain positive interactions. The Officer is also expected to work as the right-hand of the Team Leader and may substitute him/her when needed and respond to immediate issues during events, ensuring that daily targets are met.
