The Data Collection and Reporting Officer (DCRO) ensures the accurate, timely, and complete collection of all TB ACF data from health facilities and community field teams. The officer conducts data collection and validation, reconciles gaps with LGU staff and Field Team Leaders, and prepares consolidated reports for submission to the Regional Team Leader. This role is essential in maintaining high data quality, enabling proper monitoring, decision-making, and reporting for the TB ACF project.
