From 2021-2026, 𝗖𝗙𝗜 𝗔𝗖𝗙 𝗜𝗩-𝗔 made a significant impact—screening 276,981 high-risk individuals for TB, initiating treatment for 8,958 patients, and providing TB Preventive Treatment (TPT) to 2,145 individuals. On March 30, 2026, in celebration of World TB Day, communities came together in a fun and meaningful way through a Zumba session and games like Limbo Rock, Calamansi Relay, Tumbang Preso, Spin the Wheel, Facts vs. Myth, TB Word Scramble, and Catch the Germs to bring awareness to TB prevention and treatment while fostering camaraderie and teamwork.
The event was graced by local health and community leaders, including Ms. Jenifer Capile, Representative from the Department of Health – Center for Health Development CALABARZON (DOH CHD-4A); Dr. Armando Dotollo, Medical Officer of the Provincial Health Office; Dr. Jonathan Luseco, Medical Officer of the General Trias City Health Office; Ms. Neldy Cervantes, Nurse Coordinator of the General Trias City Health Office; Mr. Fritz Gerald Oballas, Program Officer of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP); and Hon.
