For many, Human Resources job is associated with recruitment, policies, and administrative work. But for ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป, CFI’s ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ, a visit to Sitio Calatan during the Foundation’s 50th Anniversary activities revealed a deeper purpose behind her role.
Despite the long and challenging journey to one of Culion’s most remote communities, Jamie embraced the opportunity with enthusiasm.

While hosting the community program, Jamie met children whose smiles and resilience left a lasting impression.

The experience transformed the way she viewed her work. Seeing firsthand the impact of CFI’s programs reminded her that Human Resources is not only about supporting employeesโit is about empowering the people who make service possible.
