Help strengthen our organizational development, institutional effectiveness, and long-term sustainability. Culion Foundation, Inc. is looking for a dedicated professional to join our 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 team as a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿.
As a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, you will develop and recommend organizational development strategies that support the Foundation’s growth, achievement of its objectives, collaboration across programs, and institutional effectiveness.
You will also lead strategic planning, review policies for alignment with relevant laws and regulations, strengthen compliance practices, conduct risk and gap assessments, and support the Foundation’s effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
