From September 29 to October 5, 2026, Culion Foundation, Inc. through its Active Case Finding (ACF) Team in CALABARZON, facilitated the distribution of medicines generously donated to the Foundation by 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽. as part of 𝗖𝗙𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 (𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵). The medicines were turned over to the 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, and 𝗧𝗶𝗮𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 to help address identified health resource needs and support the delivery of essential health services across Region IV-A.
Through 𝗖𝗙𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛, the Foundation identifies and validates priority resource gaps among partner health facilities and local health systems, then connects these needs with available external support. By bridging resource providers and health facilities, the initiative helps mobilize resources that complement existing capacities and respond to identified needs.
The donation from 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽. highlights the value of partnerships in addressing health resource gaps and supporting the continuity of essential services. CFI also promotes the proper utilization, documentation, and accountability of mobilized resources to help ensure that assistance reaches its intended recipients and contributes to local health service delivery.
By fostering meaningful partnerships and promoting responsible resource mobilization, CFI helps local health facilities address priority needs and sustain essential health services.
