Help strengthen community-based TB prevention and contact investigation in Rizal. Culion Foundation, Inc. (CFI) is looking for dedicated professionals to join the ๐ข๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ป๐๐๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ (๐ข๐ ๐ฃ) team.
As a ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ, you will support the day-to-day implementation of OMP, coordinate with health facilities and local stakeholders, and provide operational support to Community Navigators in carrying out field activities.
As a ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ, you will support the planning, monitoring, data review, and reporting of OMP activities while helping ensure compliance with project requirements and National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) guidelines.
